Sydney thunder finally managed to win the rain affected game by 15 runs over the D/L method.

Due to the unexpected rain match was reduced upto 8 overs and Stars got a target of  90 to acheive in just 8 overs.

Their inning never got going as they lost 5 wickets for just 33 runs in first 5 overs of the match.

Finally they ended up at 74 for 6 and was 16 runs short of the target.
