It all started with India being 41 for 4 wickets in the first session of the game.But the best test batsman in India's current batting line up Cheteshwar Pujara stood up to the occasion with a wonderful century and dragged India into 250 runs stand.
We mentioned 250 as the par and it was enough as Australia were bowled out just for 235.
In reply India managed to get a strong score of 307 on board but Australia were able to take the positive momentum by taking few quick wickets at the end.
323 was a chasable score here as pitch was always more friendly to the batsmen at the end of the game than the 1 st day .
But their top order did not take any sort of responsiblity as they were lost at 187 for 7 but their tail enders took the game almost for a win by taking Australia to 291.
