Surely with the start Australia got by making India struggle at 41 runs for 4 wickets they should have surely thought that let us wrap this out for 100 runs odd.
It was just 126 runs when Ashwin came into bat and they had just 4 wickets left with 6 recognized batsmen going back to dugout.
But it was a very good fight back from Indian tail enders with Pujara who got a very good century at the end of the day.
India ended up at 250 runs for 9 wickets and we could say they must be pleased as they could have been lot worst.
There are two perspectives of thinking about the day .Yes it is a good comeback but as we feel Australia won the first day as there was nothing to get scared in the pitch and it was a very good batting pitch.
India will surely have to play really well to put Australian batsmen in trouble in this pitch.
