2 nd Test Sri lanka vs England: Sri Lanka wins the 1 st day of the test match

It was a great day at office for the Lankan lions as they managed to bundle out England for 285 despite of England's aggresive batting at the end of the day.After winning the toss captain Joe root was keen to bat first to get the maximum advantage of conditons but struggled as they lost 9 of their wickets just for 225.

But last pair played aggresively and added some respect to the score board by finishing on 285.At the end of the day Sri Lanka got to 26 runs loosing their opener Kaushal Silva who was never a success at international stage .

Current pair at the crease are Dimuth Karunarathna  on 19 and Malinda Pushpakumara on 1.

Sri lankan team still chase the England 1 st inning score by 259 runs as we can hope for a very exciting second day tommorow. Match summary for day is as follows:
